Can I expect to fail a hair follicle test, If I took 2 puffs of marijuana 2 weeks ago but its been 5 yrs since?

I was surprised with a hair follicle test today and 2 weeks ago I took a couple of puffs of marijuana. I know it was stupid but Its been 5 yrs since I last used.
