Should I take my baby out if she has a head cold?

My 5 month old is a bit under the weather, I have taken to the doctor this morning and she has a head cold and conjunctivitis. I usually take her out everyday for an hours walk and I was just wondering if I should take her out as usual wrapped up warm or keep her in until she is a little better? I think I should take her out for the fresh air and to keep her in her routine, however my partner thinks I should not go out as it's chilly and the wind might effect her more? Thanks.
