Do only "scene" people suit septum piercings?

You don't have to be "Scene" to get one I hate labels to they suck! lol! anyway anyone can get one there are no rules against you getting a piercing and not being a "Scene kid" or a "Punk kid" or whatever i've seen girls that wear the vintage clothes with their septums pierced
