Don't you think this is why our country is so divided, that even illegal immigrants can sue for?

This is the crux of the problem. Ilegals are given rights when they should not be given any rights. Citizens have rights. No illegals, No rights, No amnesty! Ilegals have to right to sue if hurt on the job ( such as Home Depot) who have been hiring illegals forever. They have rights to retain an attorney, and collect disability and a settlement. They have a right to sue if hurt in a car accident. This is outrageous, IMO.
