1992 election: Many people claim that Perot Took from Bush's base, but didn't he really hurt Clinton?

Clinton was a career politician, Perot a business man, and Bush a business man turned politician. It stands to reason that republicans would be swayed by perot much more than the average democrat would. Personally no one could sway me for Billy, I wish it was legal for him to run again, I would vote for him in a heartbeat.
