GPU Overdrive/Overclock Problem?

my brother overclocked his pc too, but u do it at the risk. ur shrinking ur computers lifespan at the price of playing games better. hes computer is now jacked up. for a few months of playin games on an overclocked pc. was it worth it?....hmm maybe should of just upgraded the computer, now gotta buy a new one
