Has Hillary proven her superior diplomatic skills in the handling of Libya?

I don't remember seeing any kind of action in Libya sooooo i'm thinking there has been no superior handling of anything over there, just superior avoidance. She also said she is not going to do another term as SOS so i'm guessing its really not her cup of tea.
