I want to have hymen surgery?

I was not in control of when my virginity was taken since I was d at four years old. I heard of a procedure that can reinstate a hymen. Has any one done this or heard about it? I want to gain the control of my virginity even though I did have already. The repeated has scared me for life and I want to feel more control. I know it won't erase what happened but it was stolen and I want it back.
