My childs birth certifcate ?

my husband who i was married to 1 mth and i have the baby ,who he now lives in jacksonville nc , and he left me and the baby and he abused me.but he says he wants the birth certificate to try and get in the navy so he can send me child support,he never needed it before.Witch he said he was going to the air force next mth and now he said they turned him down.Im afraid that hes going to try and get my daughter,What Do you think i need advice,worried
