What is so great about "individualism?" Doesn't it just cause conflict and disorganization?

Anarcho-Capitalist -- whose very name I agree with wholeheartedly -- got it 100% right. Individuals should be free to enter into collective arrangements on their own terms. If more of us acknowledged that, we would live in a much better and freer world. Some people say that the family is the basic building block of society, but that is not so. The individual is. And no one person or group has any right to claim dominion over any individual without his express consent.
