I am scared to death, i have to have oral surgery at 18 weeks?

Crack in cello - should I take it back?

Just bought a new cello (around �1000) and hoping for it to use for Grade 8 etc. Just noticed that where the neck meets the body, under the fingerboard where the wood is unvarnished, there are a few slight cracks. Our landlord keps haring us to purchase the home we are in.?

We are renting a home and have a signed lease until Sept 2009. Our Landlord is haring us to purchase the home or he wants to have buyers come and see the home. When we signed the lease he never added any information about having buyers see the home. Is there a legal way of getting out of our lease so we are not hared and move without being held responsible for the remainder of the lease. Also there are many repairs and defects that the landlord has covered up and is not disclosing. The foundation is in such deplorable condition that the floor is not level, there are termites and in the back of the house the only thing holding up the corner is a small brick. The back door is a rotten piece of woodthat came off the hinges due to being so rusty, the hot water only stays hot for less then 10 Min's at a time and it is a brand new hot water heater. The stove not level due to the foundation, plus the stove burners are dangereous, the poof on and ignite very high when they work. The landlord also put in a boxin the wall to cover up Extension cords for the electric. The utility bills are outrageous due to there being no insulation behind paneling that he painted over. He also coverd the holes in the floor with cheap carpeting. Thank God we did not purchase the home. We want to move but not be held responsible for the remainder of the lease, how can we do this legally? Also where would you report him selling the home in such disrepair and not disclosing any of the many defects? I know this is illegal. You help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm switching to ritchey speedmax comp cross tires for winter commuting.They have ramped, V-shaped knobs in the center. When mounted in the direction suggested these knobs look to be made for traction but add a lot of rolling resistance. I'm thinking of mounting them backwards since I'll mostly be on paved and hopefully snow-plowed roads. I used to be a very active person until this problem started when I was about 8yrs old. At first it was only if I was playing hard ie: running a lot, riding around on my bike aggressively etc. I was told I had acute asthma but the meds did absolutely nothing to help. As I got older it got worse. I never stopped complaining about it especially since I was very active. I loved exercising, running, biking, and what not. By the time I was 15 I would be out of breath just from walking up the stairs from the first floor to the 2nd floor of my high school. If I had been running or moving about excessively no matter how many deep breaths I took I could not make the pain stop and I'd still be gasping for air and my tongue would begin to feel like it was swelling and throbbing. No matter how much air I took in I felt like my body wasn't getting the oxygen or something. When I was a junior in high school I joined the track team because it was always a pion of mine to run despite my problem. I was a hurdler and a sprinter and after I would compete hard in a race I would practically collapse on the ground for 30 min or more trying to make my breathing stabilize. And one terrifying day the inhaler I was prescribed made the episode worse. My heart was beating so hard and painfully and my tongue throbbed so hard and felt so swollen that it felt cold and ached so much I kept biting down on it to try and curb the pain. I thought I was going to die. I demanded my mom take me to the dr and not accept their asthma diagnosis. They ran some asthma related lung tests and said my lungs were completely healthy and I was asthma free. That was not comforting at all. That was the extent of what they did. They sent me home saying I was perfectly healthy. At that point taking a deep breath was only slightly discomforting. But it got worse. I'm now 24 and I can't walk to the kitchen w/o having some breathing struggles. Now the pain is constant in my chest and a deep breath is painful and not relaxing at all. Sometimes taking a large deep breath results in a cough as if I just took a deep breath near chlorine. Best way I can describe it. I've become extremely out of shape and often feel like I might have heart problems. But after years of seeing Dr after Dr and nothing being done to figure it out I tire of them looking at me like I'm crazy. This whole thing is very depressing especially since I have a 4yo who I can't keep up with and a very under exercised dog. People call me lazy and they have no idea how bad I wanna just go out and run or ride a bike with no problems. It's terrifying because it just gets worse as the years go by. I don't know what tests to ask the dr for or where to lead them with my problem. At one point I thought it might be anxiety, but it just doesn't seem to fit since it has been a progression from when I was a child. I just want to be healthy amd I don't know where to turn. I really hope that someone can help point me in a direction that might lead me to an answer. I would like to add that I'm a woman and I'm not a smoker, I drink rarely, and I'm not a drug user. I'm at such a loss. My 13 year old is so mean to my 8 year old. If anyone else treated my child that way, I would get rid of that person or call the police. But the abuser is my other child! I don't know what to do. Most of the abuse is emotional. It is relentless and cruel. He makes fun of literally everything his brother likes, laughs at him any time anything negative happens to him, ignores him when he speaks, or makes a noise every time he starts to talk, calls him fat, rejects his attempts to be affectionate. How do I deal with my 13 month old's whining and defiance?

I love my son very, very dearly, but he's about to make me crazy. His daycare says he's an amazing kid who rarely causes any fuss and plays really happily, but he couldn't be more different at home (especially when Mommy is in the room). Hey, well, i feel i dont fit in at school. Things worth seeing in washington DC?

The Holocaust Museum sounds depressing, and it is a bit, but it is very well done. It is quite haunting actually...I went 2 years ago and think about it all of the time. Lots of artifacts, including a room filled waist high with real shoes recovered from those who were killed in the concentration camps. Lots of history there...we found it very fascinating.
